Cycling tours to cycle along the Venice lagoon or along the Riviera del Brenta.

Be inspired by the charm of the Venice Lagoon and the Brenta Riviera.

1. Brenta Riviera

We suggest to take the road from Padua to Venice or vice-versa, it is 35km long and could be the right choice for a full immersion day of Palladio's Villas.

For instance, you may have the opportunity to visit two beautiful historical and artistical masterpieces, Villa Pisani and Villa Malcontenta, where you will be captured by the majesty and ancient charm of the architecture.

We recommend a visit to both. To visit Venice we advise you to reach Fusina, from where you can reach the lagoon with the Fusina/Venice line which connects the Terminal to the Zattere area and the Lido, Alberoni. Terminal Fusina Venezia is a direct hourly scheduled service, departing just 100 meters from the homonymous parking lot, very convenient to reach the center of Venice by vaporetto in just 20 minutes.

2. Venice Lagoon

The last strip of land that separates the Venice lagoon from the sea will give you suggestive landscapes and air full of saltiness. We advise you to leave from Chioggia (little Venice) from here you can reach Pellestrina, San Pietro in Volta and also the Lido of Venice, with the line 11 of the ACTV vaporetto (every 30 '- every day). Pellestrina with its colorful houses and boats, bring back to the most authentic and maritime Venice, here you will also find excellent fish restaurants where you can stop for lunch and regain your strength. Also worth visiting is the natural oasis of Ca' Roman, a small paradise of biodiversity.

3. Padua

In the province of Padua there are several itineraries that you can take by bike. The path of St. Anthony, the cycling ring of the Euganean hills and the city of Padua that lends itself well to being crossed by bike.

The cycling ring of the Euganean hills winds along the banks of the canals and surrounds the rolling hills that enclose Este, Monselice, Arquà Petrarca, the Catajo Castle, Torreglia, Teolo and the Abbey of Praglia (all worth a visit). The complete route is around 60 km.

The path of St. Anthony is traveled by pilgrims and tourists heading to the Basilica. The route starts from Camposampiero and in 24 km between straights and country river landscapes you reach the Basilica del Santo.

Even the city of Padua itself can easily be traveled by bike, between the various points of interest and alleys.
